Really good Cuisine

I had breakfast every morning at Proof and enjoyed several meals there during my stay. The Saturday morning buffet was a highlight, showcasing a wide range of delicious options that I wished I could explore further. Catherine, the Talavera restaurant manager, provided excellent wine recommendations, and the Valentine’s Spanish Menu was particularly good with its interesting mix of flavors. The food was consistently well-prepared and presented, making every dining experience nice.

Spacious and Beautiful

Relaxing Poolside

Excellent Facilities

I had the opportunity to attend a meeting at the resort, and the meeting rooms were fantastic.
